Adri started cooking at home at the age of 13, always playing with recipes and ingredients and developing a love for cooking that only grew bigger through the years. This love took her to her devotion to Plant Based Cooking and Life Style, more than 10 years ago. More recently she graduated from Epic Academy Eco Chef Program and Forks Over Knives Culinary Program where she enhanced her passion for local , fresh ingredients focusing on the nutrient density of the food instead of calories and using healthy cooking methods .
"Food is Medicine " she believes and says at age 43 "I feel better now than I did in my twenties".
Adri enjoys Fusion Cuisine, Gluten Free, Sugar Free, Fermentation , Ayurveda, Healing Herbs & Teas, Raw Food, Detox , Juicing, Probiotics, Food Combining , Whole Foods, Healthy Desserts and much more.
For the past 3 years Adriana has been working at Yoga Retreats ,where she has been able to unite her other passion which is Hatha Yoga and healthy eating for a Holistic approach to healing not only for clients but for herself as well.
Adriana became a Certified Yoga Instructor in 2014 while living in the U.S and realized that Yoga and Plant Based Living complement each other as she practices Ahimsa (non violence) though her cooking style and also incorporates her Reiki practice while cooking focusing on healing energy and good vibrations.
She teaches Amrit Yoga, often described as "meditation in motion" which is a deeply meditative style of Hatha Yoga created by Yogi Amrit Desai founder of the Kripalu Center and also Yoga Nidra Meditation.
